Do experts see my code, systems, or credentials?+
No. Zero-access is the default posture: experts receive sanitized Compiled Asks only — never repository, environment, credential, or production access, and no client identity. A deterministic redaction guard blocks any send containing client identifiers, credentials, or raw personal data; it is enforced in code, not in policy text. Access-based work (hourly consulting, placements) grants scoped access only under recorded mutual agreement.
Is this just AI answering my tickets?+
No. AI does the triage, analysis, and proposal work — that is what makes the economics work. But nothing reaches you unattended: a named senior expert validates every resolution through a structured verdict, and a named operator approves everything outbound. Both gates are recorded decisions you can audit.
What if the answer is wrong?+
You can dispute any resolution within 7 days. Disputes go to the operator with the full artifact chain — every step of how the answer was produced is on record. Remedies are a re-run at no charge, a credit, or a refund. An upheld dispute feeds the expert's and the pipeline's quality records; it is never quietly absorbed.
Can I cancel?+
Care Plans terminate on 30 days' notice with no long-term lock-in. An open request can be cancelled at any stage before the response; a gate already sent to an expert completes and is paid normally, and unsent work stops. The cancellation itself is recorded in the request's chain.
What does onboarding actually involve?+
We onboard your project, not people, and only once. Onboarding runs staged readiness gates — qualification, knowledge ingestion, a cold-start test, an incident replay, activation — with a design target of five business days. It costs $1,500 one-time, credited back at $500/month over your first three Care Plan months. If your project has gaps (unreachable original team, no incident history), they are priced or disclosed on your Maturity Statement — never hidden.
What happens if my request is vague?+
It bounces back to you with numbered questions instead of a guessed interpretation. A bounce is a recorded, completed cycle — we would rather ask precisely than resolve confidently against the wrong problem.
What do you store, and what happens when I leave?+
Every item you hand over is recorded with provenance, sensitivity class, and a storage mode: stored copy, redacted derivative, or pointer — regulated or highly sensitive content stays on your side and is read in place. On termination, vault items are deleted or returned per contract, pointer connections are revoked immediately, and the audit chain of past decisions is retained under its own legal basis.
Who is behind ExpertoVod?+
ExpertoVod is founded and operated by Artem Panfilov — founder of ITWILLROCK, 27 years in software engineering, and a leading voice in the AI and engineering community, helping companies reach AI enablement for the past several years. ExpertoVod is a product of ITWILLROCK Sp. z o.o., the founder's wholly owned Polish company, which is your contracting party. The platform is in its pilot phase and the terms say so plainly — including a mutual early-exit right on 14 days' notice for both sides.
How do I reach a human?+
Use the contact form at /contact — it goes straight to the operator, a human who reviews every submission during the pilot, typically the same day, and replies by email. To challenge a delivered resolution, the Dispute control on the closed request in your client portal is the fastest path: it lands directly in the operator's queue with the full artifact chain.
How honest is the SLA reporting?+
Structurally honest: SLA adherence is measured continuously and reported without cosmetic adjustment — misses appear as misses. Your Maturity Statement states the limitations of service on your project in fixed wording that cannot be softened, and missing metrics render as “not captured”, never as estimates.
